Our loyalty program is a fantastic way to keep your existing community engaged! It allows you to create tasks, analyze your loyalty programs, and even provides a dedicated leaderboard for this. We'll talk more about all of these later, but first, let's talk about your loyalty URL.
This unique identifier is what sets your loyalty program apart. You can customize it by clicking on settings in the loyalty screen. Just make sure it's unique, because if it's not, we'll add a random hash to ensure it is - it might not look as pretty, but it'll get the job done!
While you're setting this up, you can also choose if you want to hide tasks once they're completed by users and if you want to send out an automatic announcement when a task is launched. This feature is great because it keeps your users in the loop and aware of tasks ready to be completed.
